The time is now
Joining the Underdogs has been the best decision I’ve made for my SELF in a long time. As a mom and as an educator, this is the one hour I get to have to MYSELF. I’m able to drop everything off at the door, clear my mind of any junk from the day, any worries about the next day, etc. and focus on ME. Brianna is such an amazing coach. She really takes the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable with what you are doing at the exact level YOU are at. And the feeling of moving up in weight, getting more reps, and seeing and feeling improvements in yourself is priceless. Sometimes the hardest step is the first step through the door, but this team will help you take it and support you the whole way. You owe it to yourself to be the best, happiest, healthiest version of yourself and this class will take you there - you deserve it, too!
